PUBLIC PORTAL

The public portal now has a clearer structure.

CURRENT UI
H
League Overview + Season CoverageThe primary KPI set appears once. Season Coverage shows completed matches by division and Replay Pack state.

↔
Dynamic OverviewWhen no open matches exist, Latest Submissions automatically expands to the full content width.
WHY IT HELPS YOU

ReplayHub is more than an upload form.

✓
Proof your upload arrived

A successful submission gives you a Submission ID and a safe receipt.

⌁
Automatic replay checks

Validation 2.0 checks files and the metadata parser can read maps, players, races, game duration and more.

◷
Deadlines under control

Public schedule and calendar show replay deadlines; the calendar can be exported through .ics.

◎
Your team profile

Submission history, upcoming matches, replay counts and additional team statistics.

↻
Safe correction workflow

If staff sends a Captain Correction link, you can upload a corrected set without an admin account.

▣
End-of-season Replay Pack

When the league publishes it, the final pack is available from the global Replay Packs library.

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE MODE

Two upload modes, one preserved season.

SEASON-SCOPED
MODE OFF

Free-form uploads.

Choose Division, Round and teams manually. Existing Schedule rows are preserved and staff can enable Schedule Mode again later.

MODE ON

An Official Match is required.

The upload must match an official Match. Completed, Cancelled and already-occupied Matches are hidden from new standard uploads.

STAFF REVIEW

Reviewed completes the linked Match.

When staff marks a submission Reviewed, its exact linked official Match becomes COMPLETED. Changing the submission later does not automatically reopen that Match.

Difference: Public uploads enabled controls whether uploading is open at all. Official Schedule Mode controls whether a new upload must match the Official Schedule.
TEAM PORTAL · SECURITY

Captains and Co-Captains can have their own team workspace.

CAPTAIN ACCOUNT
INV
Captain Invite onboardingIf staff sends you a secure Captain Invite link, complete onboarding through that link and choose your own password. The invite is bound to one league + team + division + Captain/Co-Captain slot.
1
Sign inAfter Captain Invite onboarding, sign in with your personal password at /captain/login. A staff-issued temporary password remains only as a fallback for existing/reset accounts and must be changed on first sign-in.
2
My AssignmentsOne account can hold multiple assignments. Access is always scoped to a specific league + team + division.
3
Team PortalSee current submissions, replay count, missing/scheduled matches and your team's submission history.
4
Change the passwordA temporary password now opens only the mandatory password-change step. Team Portal access unlocks after you choose your own password.
5
Captain + Co-CaptainA team can have one Captain slot and one Co-Captain slot for the same division.
6
Public upload remains availableA Captain account is not required to submit replays. The public Upload Wizard continues to work normally.
7
SQL SessionsSessions shows signed-in devices, IP, last activity and lets you revoke one session or log out other devices.
8
Notification CenterReplay, correction, assignment and account-security events are collected in one Captain inbox.
REPLAY UPLOAD

How to submit a complete match.

5-STEP WIZARD
1Division + Round

Select the correct division and round.

2Team 1 + Team 2

Select both teams. They cannot be the same.

3.SC2Replay files

Add the complete replay set from the played match.

4Pre-flight

ReplayHub checks matchup and basic data before upload.

5Submit

Final server-side Validation 2.0 runs and the set is archived.

6Receipt

Save the Submission ID and confirmation.

Important: when Official Schedule Mode is enabled for the current season, the upload must match an eligible official Match. Completed, Cancelled or already-occupied Matches are not available for a new standard upload. When Schedule Mode is disabled, uploads are free-form and the stored Schedule remains intact.
VALIDATION 2.0

What is checked?

✓
Replay fileThe file must match the expected StarCraft II replay structure.
✓
Duplicates inside the uploadThe same replay cannot accidentally be added twice to one set.
✓
LimitsReplayHub checks file count, size and league-specific rules.
METADATA PARSER

What can ReplayHub learn from a replay?

Map

Map name.

Players

Players and slots.

Races

Terran / Zerg / Protoss.

Duration

Game duration.

Played

Played date.

Result

Result when readable by the parser.

If a replay is structurally valid but the parser cannot read one field, ReplayHub may show a WARNING instead of a blocking error.

AFTER A SUCCESSFUL UPLOAD

Keep your Submission ID.

SUBMISSION LOOKUP
ID
Submission ReceiptA successful submit creates a safe confirmation. The signed receipt link is temporary; keep the Submission ID for long-term reference.
⌕
Submission LookupEnter an ID such as RH-... to confirm that ReplayHub knows your upload record.
◉
Public Submission PageShows safe submission metadata. Private replay files are not exposed publicly during the season.
✓
Staff ReviewArchived normally means the set was accepted and awaits review; Reviewed means staff has verified it.

CAPTAIN CORRECTION

When staff needs corrected replays.

SECURE LINK
1Issue

Staff flags a problem with the submission.

2Correction link

The captain receives a secure time-limited link.

3New replay set

Upload corrected replay files without an admin account.

4Version +1

The original ZIP remains preserved as an older version.

5Re-review

Staff checks the correction and resolves the Issue afterward.

Security: use correction links only when received from trusted league staff. The link changes replay files for that submission; it does not give general access to change the league, teams or round.
GAME EXPLORER + VERSION HISTORY

Every game and corrected version has a clear trail.

GAME EXPLORER

Maps, players, races and results.

When metadata is available, the public Game Explorer shows each game in a consistent card with map, duration, played date, winner and players.

VERSION RECEIPTS

A correction does not silently erase history.

ReplayHub records submission versions. Available versions can expose their own TXT receipt with accepted data and integrity hashes.

PRIVACY

Replays are not a public download during the season.

Public pages show safe metadata. Individual replay files are kept for the league archive and the later official Replay Pack according to the competition's policy.

REPLAY PACKS

Published packs are available globally.

When a league publishes its final Replay Pack, it appears in the Replay Packs library. Previous seasons may remain available after a new season starts.

OPEN REPLAY PACKS
COMMON PROBLEMS

What an error means and what to do.

Duplicate / completed submission already exists

A completed submission already exists for the same Season + Division + Round + matchup. A vs B and B vs A are the same matchup inside the same round. Do not keep retrying; contact league staff if the existing submission is wrong.

Matchup does not match the official schedule

Check Division, Round and both teams. This rule applies when Official Schedule Mode is enabled. If the Match is Completed, Cancelled or already has a completed/archived submission, choose another eligible Match or contact league staff.

Replay Validation ERROR

An ERROR blocks the upload. Make sure you are uploading real .SC2Replay files, respect the league limits and did not add the same replay twice.

Metadata WARNING

A WARNING does not necessarily mean the replay is bad. The file may be valid while the parser cannot read every field from that replay version. If the upload is accepted, staff can review it afterward.

Uploads are locked / season is final

Public uploads are closed for this season. It may be a temporary lock or a finalized season. Contact the league organizers if you still need to submit missing replays.

I lost the receipt link

If you still have the RH-... Submission ID, use Submission Lookup. The temporary receipt link is not required for normal long-term record lookup.

Find deadlines in Schedule / Calendar.

04 · Save the Submission ID

For example RH-XXXXXXXX.

05 · Verify through Lookup

ROSTER INVITATION

You can accept or decline the invitation.

ACCEPT / DECLINE
1Invitation

Open the roster invite from Captain/Co-Captain or league staff.

2New player

Use Create account & join team. The invite display name should not need to be entered again unnecessarily.

3Existing account

Sign in and use Accept invitation & join team.

4Do not want to join?

Use Decline invitation. A revoked, expired or already-used invite is no longer actionable.

Roster history: current status can be ACTIVE, INACTIVE, LEFT or SUSPENDED. Historical membership rows remain preserved. Return to active roster creates a new current ACTIVE membership instead of rewriting old history.
